What application would you need a laser? I have the Eotech 518
As a followup two people have complained about intermittency out of the box. I havent seen this but a friend I shoot with did have this. The company has been informed as I have found a few people with this problem. Im awaiting a response from them. I took it to work and its actually a "fit" problem. While this isnt perfect, my friend fixed his by inserting a piece of aluminum foil between the battery contact and the battery to tighten it up. Yes, I know on a 400 dollar optic. Even so, the thing works great now. We tried to rough it up and no problems.
BTW he still likes his so much that he wont send his back and be without it, but Im guessing they will fix it at the company. Im awaiting a response from them.
