I just tested this flashlight, this thing is incredible not only does it take alkaline and lithium aa and cr123 it takes rechargeable cr123, 16 340, 14500 it even works with Triple A's and 10440, holy smokes!! talk about the ultimate flashlight.
I have used this light for over 1 year and it’s the best light in my collection so far. I have jetbeams, sunwayman and olights but this is best as it can take AA battery
I just bought this flashlight I am extremely happy with it it will be my edc light.i like the small size and the choice of using lithium or aa battery.i keep it alongside my 40sw.two thumbs up
if this battery system is like the streamlight sidewinder, you can also use AAA batteries… it is a lower runtime/output, but being able to feed it with 3 different battery sizes is pretty darn useful.
Jeff, been using this light for several months and I have been impressed with it. With quality lithium batteries it seems to last a good long while. As a biproduct of the spring system , it works with aaa too as double and triple A's are both 1.5v , albeit not for as long but in a pinch it will work which is a plus. For my purposes I immediately put it in high only output mode and so far it has not accidentally changed modes. Love it, mine looks thrashed as it's my everyday companion. Thanks for your video.
I picked up one of these about a month ago to keep on my tac-vest for work. I have it on the third setting because I don't need the strobe mode and I like the base mode being low for everyday tasks.
pretty cool flashlight. i've used cheap flash lights my entire life so sometimes i want to buy a good expensive flashlight, i guess i just never have the need for it

Can this use a lithium AA battery? Like the 800 mAh?

I call bulshit on not being able to use rechargeable one two threes or the 16340, they just want you to buy there cr123 s in their brand.
Love the lock modes for High only, etc. Buying this light for a few reasons, but this is a really big seller for me. Thanks for the video.

Good review. BTW – You could add a Kam Snap to the belt clip for a more secure system.

Does the ten tap tech only work if you are using the cr123 cell?
Why does my light not program no mater what it cycles modes!

Do you think this would fit in a 1 inch scope ring?

I bet you could get away with using a 14500 lithium.

Can it stand on a table like a lamp I saw you set down on the light face but not on the button side just in case I had to set down to work in the dark
hey @cutlerylover! is that a 2 way clip in the flashlight or does it only work the one way it goes in the sheath?

I carry the aaa version every day and love it

Have you ever smoked a Crowned Heads Le Careme Robusto cigar? it sounds like something you would love
Wow that's cool!!
What about the colour tint?
Nice, back to good old edc gear not fidget toys.
