Yesterday, June 3rd, following a hearing on an earlier injunction and final order from the Lynchburg Circuit Court, the Virginia State Police posted a notice that private sale background checks were no longer required or available.
The notice further states that the Virginia State Police is barred from running, or assisting with the running, of private sale background checks.
