SB 300, the firearms registry and FFL killer bill, is now eligible for a vote in the senate. This vote could happen as soon as today. Please use the TAKE ACTION button to contact Senators and ask them to oppose SB 300.

SB 300 would create electronic databases tracking every firearm’s make, model, serial number, acquisition and disposition dates, along with other information that could be used to create a registry. Additionally, SB 300 would impose costly and burdensome new requirements on gun stores that could drive many out of business, including high end surveillance cameras, video storage and more.

NRA-ILA will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates as they become available. Please stay tuned to www.nraila.org for further developments and to help protect your Second Amendment rights.
