Love carry handle with cans combo
Boomer here. My first black rifle was a Rock River HBar 16". I had ADCO lighten and shorten it to a SOCOM middle-weight with pinned FH. It's still the most stable offhand AR I own, like benchrest stable, and my fastest natural pointer. With it's carry handle, skinny handguards and KISS beauty, it will always be my first love.
They didn’t give us cans back when I carried one of those professionally. Foam earplugs… usually you could only find one plug so you were ripping it in half or cramming the other ear with cigarette butts.

I have a pre ban 20" eagle arms 556 that ive been on the fence about getting a can for but this mightve sold me
I find the whole carry handle thing amusing—specifically when it comes to optics. We spent so many years reducing height over bore, and then we came to the conclusion that the ergonomics were more important and started adding risers that brought us right back to the antiquated height of a carry handle rail.

Buffer and spring modifications are highly underrated my favorite is the VLTOR A5 system with the extended carbine buffer and rifle spring or the standard A2 system with the long rifle buffer and rifle spring
You're brave using a crush washer with that hub, muzzle device, suppressor combo you showed. I bet the putnik's boresize saved ya from an encap/bafflestrike.
Question for you …are your AR500 targets getting fucked up shooting that close?😂 if I shoot mine with 16” barrels or longer I have to be no closer than about 100yds , just wondering …cool rifles you got 🤘🏽
Now give it a 3 position giggle switch and you'll be grinning for days. I got a DTT (rare greed) FRT in my AR and an AS Designs ARC fire in my wife's AR and honestly her's is better feeling than mine.
I picked up an m16a1 kit from bowman a few months ago and Paired it with my Centurion Arms Maximus-L. Right out of the box it shot beautifully and sounded great.
