LOL. Highly recommends garbage Chinese batteries. That explains why you only have 200 subscribers.
You can put an charge on non-rechargeables. As long as they have not leaked. Stored batteries are sometimes restored to (almost) brand new capacity by a short charge. It seems to "wake up" the chemistry.
Still, you are better off storing lipo replacements. Low self discharge, wont ever leak, can be rechaged hundreds or thousands of times while retaining at least half capacity.
They make these very nifty charging cables that attach to the ends of tbe batteries via magnets, and automatically adjust to the correct polarity and voltage.
