No. Titanium is a bad choice of material for this.
What’s more important to gas block alignment is that the gas key on the bcg engages the gas tube seamlessly. Take out the bolt and slide the carrier in and out of the upper receiver to ensure the gas key and gas tube don’t bind on each other.

Put loctite before on both. It takes hours to set

This is the only time I’ve seen blue loctite used on set screws. Usually red is recommended due to the higher temps it can withstand.
