NRA-ILA | Kansas: State-Level Suppressor Bill Introduced

Recently, Senate Bill 503 was introduced and assigned to the Senate Federal and State Affairs committee. Senate Bill 503 removes suppressors and short-barreled firearms from the controlled weapons list at the state level. This legislation is critical to ensuring that future changes in Federal law do not prevent law-abiding Kansans from possessing and utilizing suppressors to protect their hearing while hunting or exercising their Second Amendment rights.
