Nice scarf
Budget, $500.
500$? bro, Johnny Q got an $80 Amazon LPVO and it held zero there is no need for that extra $400.
No offense btw, I’m just broke
Arken is the way to go
I wish these people would give options not just say this is better. PA and vortex are similar in price one offers a much better warranty. Monstrum (spelling) or other cheap ones are fine for the average gun owner(shots a few times a year). Hell burris offers a cheap one that is simple in control and use at a price that is better than PA.
If you wanna go really budget, I recommend secondaryarms
I got the sig tango and it rocks.
Swampfox all day
I was shocked to realize that people spend 2-4k on an optic setup. LPVO or high power + red dot. Its all expensive. I was surprised, my gf was pissed
I don't think you realizes that someone the primary arms LPVOs are a couple thousand dollars not 500 bucks
I'm ashamed that I am liking an $80 Amazon Scope over my Primary Arms/Vortex. Like I feel pretty damn dirty man. The glass is pretty nice, but the eye box/relief just blows it away. Also daylight bright fiber reticle..
That Chinesium Aimsharp 1-4 LVPO should not be on par with a Vortex Venom 1-6's glass lmao. Eye relief and eye box is insanely forgiving too. I was insanely skeptical but I can't find anything to really hate besides it having a simple hunting reticle.
It's on par with the Venom 1-6/Crossfire HD's quality.
I usually just go with PA/Vortex, you can't really beat the warranty/CS.
The new Vortex Crossfire HD Line is a huge step up over the Crossfire II line. Like the Crossfire II line felt pretty cheap, the anodizing was more like a glossy paint. Glass was not the best.
The Vortex Venom 1-6 is great, it's making the Strike Eagle obsolete at that price point imo. Watched a couple C_Does videos on it. There are also some FOV/Glass comparisons.
Vortex is killing it with this new generation of scopes.
The Sig Buckmaster line is pretty damn good for the money. I really miss the Nikon Buckmaster line, but the Sig is pretty close for Chinese Glass.
My only complaint about the Sig MSR series is the reticle and the weight. You get a lot of bang for the buck though with the included mount.
As for Primary Arms I am a fan, but found the eyebox on my 2 ACSS Nova scopes are kind of restrictive. It isn't bad on an AR but if used on a Bolt Action/Lever Gun it because apparent.
Hawke Scopes are pretty nice. Mainly if you want a 1-4×20 LVPO that only weighs 11-12 oz. The fiber reticle is red dot bright and has very forgiving eye relief/eye box. Great for a PCC/Lever Gun/Shorter AR. It's a good replacement for the now discontinued Leupold 1-4×20 illuminated scope.
$500 is not a budget lpvo!!!!
Sig Sauer has really upped their game with budget affordable stuff
I just wish they had better radicals. Something like the trijicon ACOG with ranging markers and made for mils not MOA
Vector Optics continental 6
Just found out today I'm in a completely different tax bracket then most when looking for something "budget"
Same thing CDM and warzone sweat
Just got a Triton Ronin for $80 and it kicks asss
SLx 1-6 NOVA, best bang/buck ratio
Love the kifyah
Agreed, Swamp Fox has some good stuff out too.
Got an arkan ep8. 1-8, an alright reticle, glass quality is fine enough. 300 bucks. Took it off tho, can't see coyotes at night so my thermal is on the rifle rn.
Have you tried athlon optics their higher end optics seem to boast good clarity and tracking was looking for a lpvo and a long range precision scope
I run a Primary Arms 1x prism on my AR. Insane quality for the price you’re paying, imo.
Athlon helios btr gen 2 2-12 ffp mil. Accurate and lifetime warranty
The sig msr tango is the best and it’s not even close
Ok….why?
That thing looks heavy as crap.
You paid 500 for a strike eagle?
Bro has no idea what we mean when we say budget… Most people mean 150 bucks or less when they say budget.. meaning cheap
Ive had a monstrum for about 6 years and I've ran that thing in the ground used it on my ar and my marlin 45-70 and its still a laser beam, I've been more than impressed with its performance
1-8 ep arken come on brah
Vortex venom!
I have a 1-4 Burris tac 30. I'm pretty fond of it
I have a monstrum ladon 1-6 coming in tomorrow, I’m not a scope guy just thought I’d send it and look through it to see the clarity/glass before putting it on my AR (also cheap) I just wanted something to throw on my AR that had magnification, the rifle didn’t come with sights, just a CTS red dot (haven’t heard high praise) so it was between that and the $100 3-9Xs if the monstrum is more clear than a condensated bottle, and holds zero i will be happy, will update
Laugh if you want. I got a triton Orion for $150 and it works just as good as my $400-$600 LPVOs
Sig tango is without a doubt in my mind the best. Just heavy
I've been hearing a lot about getting secondary market EOTech where is the best place that you have found to go and get some
That’s not budget. I want 100$ that’s budget . Gimme the info on the eBay specials I want ffp 1-6 illumination and I want them to track reliable in moa. Give me the goods
I like Swampfox optics, they're solid AF and actually have been used by SF in the GWOT as of 2020
Same opics setup on my 6.8
Almost all lpvos are too big to be on ar15s. The PA PLXC and the night force nx8 are the ideal size for lpvos on ar15s. The March Shorty 1-10. Outside of those 3, everything else is too big.
I wouldn't spend less than 800
Truglos pretty good
