  1. I am one of the frugal people looking to find the least expensive direct mount 1/2×28 to use on my 5.56
    AR-15.
Would this be a good contender?
I am one of those people that thinks a metal tube should not cost anywhere near what many of them do.

  2. I have been sincerely unimpressed with everything CMMG does. If you want a cheap beat the shit out of suppressor from a good company that stands by their product buy an LPM Duty 556 or a Polonium.

  3. No tax them nationwide? You mean no $200 fee fee? The registration portion is still there if that’s what you meant and that right there is the tax stamp it’s a free one, but it’s still there

  4. If I ever get one, it's going to be the one just featured on Garand Thumb, where the ducting keeps it cool enough to grab after a mag dump or three. I think that suppressor design is eventually going to be the Military standard, simply because it has far, far less IR signature. I am glad that CMMG makes a great budget option though.

  5. "No tax Stamp"
Is that so? So why's the atf taking their sweet time approving my paperwork? Why do i need to notify local law enforcement that I bought a can
Id say its more like a free tax stamp

  6. Amendment II

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state,

the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed…………Nothing more nothing less.

We are the Militia, and when the Second Amendment was written (18th Century), "well regulated" meant "well trained and equipped," not controlled.
