For anyone wonder, these are digital NVGs, not passive/analog NVGs
These use a simple camera lens and IR illuminator to allow vision. The problem with these is that they are like having an invisible flashlight strapped to your face. For non combat situations they worl good, but if you are in combat with anyone else that has passive NVGs, you might as well be using a normal flashlight.

I think these are stolen from night operators because they look very similar correct me if I’m wrong
So I own this same one. It is a great night vision in clarity, especially for the price. But it’s at a permanent 6x magnification. So it makes a great scope but to use to navigate and walk with would be extremely difficult.
