Hornady’s 6 ARC and 22 ARC were both built for the AR-15; but they don’t behave the same. One shoots flatter, the other carries serious energy at distance. Supersonic past 1,000 yards, heavier projectiles, and real knockdown power, this is why the 6 ARC still matters.

I have the Rise Armament I. 22 arc and it's solid 💪. Pig 🐖 down!
What magazine does it use?
I could see the six arc working in place of a 243 and out performing it as a hunting Cartridge.
Could someone please explain what "BC" means for me?
I wish to god 6 arc would get more popular!! With radians new bolt and extractor design it shouldn’t be a problem anymore!! Although 22 arc is bad af I think it’s still suffers from the same issue. What an incredible couple of rounds!
All I hear is good things about the 22 ARC
"I'M GOING TO HAVE TO LOOK INTO THIS……🤔"
I want a 7.62 Arc.
6mm and 22 ARC are both meant to be fired out of a AR15 size rifle without having to go up to the AR10
I love my 22 ARC❤❤❤
Well, that's all nice and dandy. But the big difference is the 5.56mm only cost from about $40-$60 for a hundred rounds. Where the .22 ARC Will run you about $130 to $150 for 100 rounds. So almost triple to quadruple the price.
Been looking at the 22arc but dunno if the 6 is better.
And…
At 1k+ yds a lil bit of wind will send it so far off shot traj. that one can hardly see the ‘splash’ to track ya shot. BUT a great round for up close (500-800yds)
6mm creedmoor has more velocity and there for energy. Yes you can get an AR-10 in it. Yes an AR-10 weighs more than the AR-15 (~2 lbs) the arc family is out shined by the creedmoors. Unless you have to stay in an AR-15 gust get the Creedmoor of your choice (22, 25, 6mm, 6.5mm) in an AR-10.
How do they compare to the grendel
