Good info, particularly the beam demos. In my experience Streamlight makes a light that's 90% as good as a Surefire for 50% of the price. The form factor on these looks awesome for EDC, I personally just wish it had another 250-ish lumens on high. I'm almost certainly going to grab one of these in the near future though.
Streamlight has never disappointed me.
No strobe?
My favorite flashlight is the PALlight. Sadly they are no longer available. I have one of the earlier models that is always slightly illuminated, which is nice for ease of finding it, but not so nice if you don't want to be seen. They came out with a model that could be turned completely off, and I planned to get some of them. I waited too long.

I just got one of these. I really like it.
They need to keep this size but with the wedge side toggle switch. I have to keep mine xt in locked mode when I’m carrying due to NDs.
This is actually a good product. I use mine all the time. That said, if you can, choose surefire every time.
