On Wednesday, November 12, the House Judiciary Committee is scheduled to consider HB 1891, legislation creating a backdoor firearm registration scheme. Please use the Take Action button below to contact your state representative and urge them to OPPOSE HB 1891.
The proponents have touted HB 1891 as a “modernization bill” allowing for electronic record submissions; however, the devil is in the details. In reality, this is nothing more than an effort to bring firearm registration to Pennsylvania under the guise of “convenience.”
