You know my favorite part… where this guy just recorded himself committing 2-3 felonies and posting it on YouTube like the ATF is gonna care if he's just doing it for educational purposes. Do I agree with the ATF at all? Absolutely not. I disagree with any and all gun laws as big or small as they are. I own guns, I’ve shot a lot of different guns.. I still don’t get what makes certain ones, like that, a pistol, and not a rifle.. I’m sure it has something to do with barrel, and probably easy to lookup, but the point is, it’s stupid, if you need to break out a tape measure to classify a gun, that’s ridiculous.
