  1. The 45° throw safety problem looks to me being more of an issue if it’s an ambi-safety, if it didn’t have the long lever on the right side of the receiver, it wouldn’t happen. Try a non-ambi style or use the shorter right hand lever.

  2. Kaya take a look at Strike Industries Link Curved Foregrip its for mlok or keymod but its anodized aluminum really strong and slim profile for your handguard. I use them on all of my AR-15's, I really like the profile and to give you plenty versatility in functionality. You can use it as a rest for distance shots or a handstop or grip.

  3. I do agree with your perspective on double stage trigger as an added safety feature. I feel if ever faced with a CQC situation and your finger is on or near tge trigger, if your aggressor were to get ahold of your barrel n say point it unintentionally at a friendly or anywhere you don't to destroy, it is a small chance that wall will prevent an accidental discharge.

  4. The only reasons for me to not run a muzzle brake is if its my home defense weapon or if its a competition rifle and i want that extra fraction of MOA that pretty much every brake takes away.

His issue with the 45 safety is an easy fix. Shorter safety lever on that side. Takes way more pressure to accidentally hit.
