I don’t agree with your list. PWS is one of the best AR platforms out there I have over a couple dozen rifles and a piston driven AR is the best PWS all day

Kind of a crappy list. No group of "experts" picked this list. The S&W, PSA, and the Ruger are good budget rifles but not a top rifle. No problem with BCM, DD, LWRC, and Geissele being on list. Probably the only budget rifle would be IWI Zion. ADM, Sons of Liberty, and Radian would blow many of these budget rifles away. If your doing a budget list list it as such.
