Personally i just soak the whole thing in RemOil and toss her back in
Spray can of clp with the straw into the holes on the side for your rings, also down the cam pin hole.
ok what about the cam . I wouldn't do the front so oil or grease gets in the rings . well maybe a little. good job not oiling the rings
