The LMT PDW is a cool rifle and not many exist. It’s a neat little SBR for sure.

You can switch the barrel in under two minutes to 300 blk
5.56 is way better than 300 blackout for killing
Take any short barrel 300blk upper and slap it on should work just fine. Most ar15 style rifles/SBR's are interchangeable. Just make sure it has a bolt and charging handle. And that your trigger group will work with it.

Just take the 5.56 barrel out and put a .300 blk barrel in. LMT makes their ARs where you can swap barrels easily.

You can very easily convert it to 300 Blackout. It's two bolts, a new barrel, and a torque wrench.
Every gun can be considered a "PDW". That's a term just like "assault weapon".
They did make a PDW in 300BlK on contract- its sold civi as the “chodewar” (no joke)

Dumbest personal defense strategy ever. Pistol is concealable, manageable with one hand while I brace or steady myself or drag an innocent to cover etc. Pistol is super easy to maneuver around while clearing. Personal defense is defacto 15 ft or closer, and if you can't hit that with a pistol you shouldn't have any kind of gun. Rifles are for real gunfights at more distance and indeed, in any situation like that I want my AR-15. Fyi, not some short barreled piece of crap that loses velocity over 100 yds but at least a 14.5 inch barrel with a compensator/compressor like I have. I'd never 'clear my house' with a rifle. Never. Also consider how far that AR-15 bullet is going to travel through walls etc. Like you have to ban idiot to use this for personal self defense over a pistol.
