I have the almost exact same build but it's an 11.5 the big difference is i have radian lower , charging handle, trigger sba5 brace, rifle speed adjustable gas block , emissary hand stop it is true that is has almost no recoil

Not to be rude and will admit that I am much older than the kids in this video but………when you see shoulders moving, muscles flinching and arm waddle moving you have RECOIL from the rifle!!!!!! Barrel rise, now that was neglible but there was recoil from that gun……..

10 years ago I used a low mass 11 oz bolt carrier and a joe bob outfitters adjustable gas block set with tula ammo and everyone says it's the softest shooting AR they ever tried without a brake.
Why not go with the superior adac lower especially when the upper is radian, lol!!!

No recoil when it is literally pushing back. Yah meant muzzle rise.
My $500 budget build literally has no recoil as well. However it does have some muzzle rise.

I put an Armaspec BBS with a Kaw Valley H1 buffer in my 16" Rugger MPR, and its like shooting a BB gun! It has absolutely no recoil. All together it cost me $50 plus shipping, and I achieved the same results at a fraction of the price. I've probably put a couple of hundred bucks upgrading the furniture, charging handle, Strike Industries lower/ ambidextrous upgraded parts, Lantac muzzle brake, and of course the BBS and buffer, and all together my rifle build was under $1500! I'd put my AR up against any other AR on the market, and I guarantee you, it's as good or not far off. Oh yeah, did I mention that the Ruger comes with a cold hammer forged barrel! Can't beat the price compared to other Brands offering the same barrel. I'm extremely happy with it.
That barrel you put in must be amazing, because Radian claims that their ARs are sub moa guns

If you want to build an AR with low recoil, use a light weight bolt carrier, an adjustable gas block, rifle length gas system and an efficient muzzle brake.
This build has nothing of that.

All i did to my 20in a4 build was add a quad rail and red dot. Cant even bump fire it since recoil dont exist on it.
