Just what I needed! Had a very hard time installing these, even though I had no trouble installing a UTG Quad Rail just days prior. Every other tutorial is decent, but none of them mentions the need for users to align the top portion of both sections under the handguard retainer, which I didn't know to do. Wound up getting the bottom portion stuck several times before finding your video and figuring out what to do. Thanks for posting!
THESE WILL NOT FIT RIFLES WITH TRIANGULAR HANDGUARD RETAINERS. They will only fit rifles with circular retainers. I spent two frustrating hours trying to get a semicircle into a triangle until I figured out what the problem was.

Bought this, before realizing that it won’t fit with the front Iron Sight of my Ruger AR-556. Can that be easily moved, or will I need to get a different hand guard?
Ok yours has triangle cap mine does to, but most are round how or what do we look for in magpul guards to order the right ones
For any other noobs wondering, you don't have to separate the upper from the lower in order to do this, at least with Magpul MOE hand guards.
Didn't even know you made a tut like this. Just got a vertical grip and some pic rail and need to install on the MOE handgrip. Good to know no special tools are necessary.

question: do your psa uppers with front hanguard retainers move around easily only being limited by the gas tube from spinning. mine just came back from repair loose and I don't know if it was loose before

Canis design group has an adapter to fit the magpul grips to a Vepr. Which sounds awesome, but in 7.62×39, would the larger caliber heat be a problem?

How big is the handguard?
Pretty sure the Model 3 is a carbine length drop in system. An easy way to know for sure would be to measure the stock handguards.

Well They could of been Troy Rails which cost at least 150 dollars for a Carbine rail. Gunsmiths can charge 40 dollars a hour or so and say it took two hours and taxes. Just guessing.
