PSA: "Make sure you have a torque wrench and a torque bar and we are going to use this torque wrench to torque this to the proper setting. Now that we have used this torque wrench to torque to proper settings we are good to go. Make sure to torque to the proper settings"…. Never stated torque settings.
I want to get a 7.5" barrel with 9" rail , but it comes with a flash can, first question, can I remove it and if I can, will a suppressor fit since the rail is longer than the barrel?

I would love to see PSA build their own suppressors. Ones that fit AR's with the PSA logo on it. One for the Jakl with the Jakl logo. One for the Sabre with the Sabre logo and a Dagger suppressor with it's logo. I also would like to see an oil can style PSA suppressor with a PSA logo on it.
Why is the washer needed, what is the function? Appreciate the info.

I still find the term concentricity rod funny. They're generally labeled and sold as 'alignment' rods.
