Mine clicks but the light isn't coming on anymore. It looks identical to you silver aluminum one. I am wondering if there isn't something on the lens/led end that has finally gone wrong. I haven't found any way that makes sense to take it apart to try and repair it though.

Mine will come on with pressure on the switch but as soon as the click occurs, the light goes off.
