I always liked these vests. I have the previous model, the X40. I rarely use it but that is mostly because I rarely play VR games anymore due to no good games coming out – and the game support for these is somewhat lacking. When in use they are really fun! Yes there is native support, but really not that much. Mostly you will have to rely on mods, which is PCVR only. I only would recommend this vest to people playing PCVR as there is not enough for Quest. I cannot speak for this new one, but it is probably on par with the X40 – looks like a refresh, more than real innovation, but the old one was already great.
Maybe look for a used X40 instead. Most of these have not seen much use and are practically new as these are mostly "wouldn't that be cool"-items that are left in the closet as they are an additional hassle to putting on the VR headset. I am not saying this to bring it down – it is just the nature of things.
