hi amphibian – if someone drilled two more 5.56 ejector holes – one on either side of the center ejector of a CMMG radial delayed bolt (mimicking the pattern of AR10 style dual ejectors) – do you think that will help reduce the impact strain on the ejector springs and increase their lifespan, since the force is distributed by 3 ejectors instead of one?
Is that actual extraction or is that just inertia from the recoil and back pressure from gas expansion?
Thanks for all the research you have done! I pick my CMMG upper up tomorrow and I have been looking at your work and attempting to figure out how to get a Tubb Flat Flat Wire Buffer spring and Kynshot RB5004 to work in the CMMG Micro RIPBRACE… but only after I verify the operation of the original equipment first.
