More appropriate scope height led me to make some changes to my HM1000X setup. It started out with a Nightforce Unimount (with built in 20 moa) and a Nightforce Benchrest Scope, went to Hawke Sidewinder on a Nikon Extended Range 223 mount, and ended up with BKL 30mm double strap mounts. Much better. I really liked the scope and reticle.

Do you have any muzzle brake or sound suppressor on the HM1000x? I listened to your chrono test and was blown away with how quiet the rifle is.
