It’s a good task light. Nothing more than 5 feet in front of you. Typical uses: looking for stuff under furniture, car glove compartment, lighting up the sidewalk immediately in front of you at night. I’ve had this light for years and can attest to it’s usefulness.
What I like about it:
1. Pocketable and minimal weight.
2. Good task light.
3. Sturdy detachable clip. I’ve never removed the clip and it’s stayed on after all these years clipped to my chest pocket or pants pocket.
4. Impromptu head lamp. I’ve used this a lot while camping.
5. Takes rechargeable AAA batteries.
Can we use a lithium AAA battery in it instead of Alkaline? If you've tried that, can you tell me if it works? And does it affect the lumens and the runtime?
