Earlier this month, a shooting unraveled at the Las Vegas Athletic Club, resulting in two deaths and at least three injuries. The gunman, identified as 34-year-old Daniel Ortega, entered the gym armed with an AR-15-style rifle and fired 24 rounds before his weapon malfunctioned. He was confronted by first responders and shot by police officers outside the building. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart breaks down the bodycam on this episode of Cop Cast.

I am not saying that the police didn't feel the need to shoot him what I am saying is the truth and the truth is what we should be focused ion. Gunman knew his gun was jammed, there would be no reason to point it at police unless he wanted to "go out that way". The police may not know that his gun was jammed (and even if they did, yes he could have unjammed it) but he never actually pointed it at police, he swept it low for the most part due to running and was then hit multiple times in the back while running away. If he didn't want to go out that way he should have left the gun inside, so it appears that he did, he also appeared to toss his wallet and probably keys under the seating in the lobby, not sure why but probably related to his motive to run out holding a gun.
I think what the police did to sada baby was uncalled for.

Dude I was so mad when they charged me $5500 for the involuntary hospitalization. Apparently that's what it feels like to be arrested for cyberstalking according to other law and order videos, which wasn't bad at all, I was just ticked that the state took my operator income! That woman with the dog was cool as heck but really was unsafe. I had a cocker spaniel back in the day when they first came out with waverunners I live on the Columbia River. That dog was born on the river. He would not let you go without him. He wanted to ride on that wave runner everywhere I wenthe demanded to ride on it.
