I have the shorter one, takes a single AAA, and it has been to hell and back. Never intended to carry every day and everywhere, don't really consider myself an "edc" guy, but now I fell naked without it. There is something to be said for a dead simple flashlight that fits into your pocket and works as long as it has a battery. On that note, I use the thing for hours just about everyday and it seems like I need to swap batteries like every four months!

I bought a yellow 4 AA Streamlight years ago. It started strobing so I exchanged it. 6 lights later it still strobes. My C cell has issues also.

I love streamlight, I've been using some Olight stuff for edc as well like the S1R and S-mini. Those have some crazy lumen output for the size.

I loved my streamlight. U should check out the new Milwaukee pen light, it's actually brighter then my streamlight stylus pro was and same size with a better grip.

I have 3 of the stingers with the rechargable battery. The charger has a spare battery charging all the time. They do back their products.
Stream lights are very good. Not a fan of those stylus stream lights though.
