Have you found the m-lok spaces useless too? I love me CZ 3+ but the barrel is so big I can’t fit any accessories (light) in the m-lok slots. Got any tips?

I did that and put on 2 Hb industries charging handles , that plastic pin was a bugger to get out I notice yours still has the factory selector if you find it digs into your hand they make an after market that will fix that, or you can do what i did and just file them off a bit
