I purchased 2 months ago from CMMG dealer. All 3 magazines purchased at the same time for $99.99 in a 3pk. All 3 magazines are 40 round capacity. All 3 are defective and discharge between 10-15 rounds with a slight bump or tap. CMMG has been emailed and I will update / remove this video based upon how quickly and professionally they handle getting me replacement Magazines. The email was sent on 2-21-21, same day as this upload. the Ammunitionused is factory new Federal American Eagle 5.7x28mm. Please see other video of another defective magazine (loaded with different ammo) that was also sold to me in the 3 pack.

Two of my mags did this, my big issue is being short changed on mag capacity, exchanging four mags you loose 32 rounds, I purchased 40 round mags, if you bought 40 round pmags and they were defective would they send you 30 round mags back? No! they would they would replace them with 40 round mags, that is what is expected, 60 for a 60 and so on, not a 32 mag when you bought a 40 or several 40's, it's not right and CMMG will never hear the end of it till they make it right, if they got defective material or parts would they except an 80% exchange when it was not there fault, plus loss of time and use?
I have 5 of those magazines as well and I've been having the same issues. I've contacted CMMG and I'm waiting to see what they are going to do about our magazine issues.
I'm upset because I cannot carry 40 rounds in my magazines I have to carry at least 20 or less so the magazines do not spit them out in my plate Carrier.
Mine are the same. I have 9 of them and only 3 don’t vomit out rounds either when dropped or just from carrying them. Not got at all. The company will not fix them.
Does this happen with all their magazines or was it that one faulty mag?
I love the 5.7x28mm round(except for price). These magazines by cmmg are making me hate myself for building an ar57.
