All gun laws violate the 2nd amendment. Any law that violates the constitution are null and void but no one wants to challenge it.
The first thing DJT and a Republican-controlled Congress should do is abolish the ATF and repeal all firearms legislation since 1934.

They are not laws. They weren't passed by Congress, didn't go through the Senate, and didn't get signed in by the president. ATF are breaking the rights of the people, in which they are the criminals.
