Today I review my AR-15 made by Anderson Manufacturing. The AM-15 in the video has been in my collection since 2012. Did Anderson make good product? Or is it junk?

I love my higher tier rigs however a company that produces firearm parts for over 40 other manufacturers says a lot about what they produce a decent product for an affordable price I have never had any problems out of anything I owned that was Anderson!!!! Great video !!!!
Had a couple Anderson AM15s a few years ago. Tricked em out with accessories and they were fun, but I eventually got tired of all the junk hanging off everywhere. Sold one and gave the better one to my nephew. And was fine with my leverguns I've been using for sixty years or more. It's not like I needed an AR weapon. And the Anderson weapons were great. Zero issues ever. I just was no longer interested.
Then two years ago I figured I'll get another to shoot with my nephew. I bought a PSA Freedom upper and an Anderson lower and stuck em together. Added a carry handle rear sight and sling. Done. I prefer iron sights anyway and this very basic weapon is fine. From a bench at 100m with my handloads, 1.75" to 2.25" groups are easily obtained if I do my part. Everything is box stock with nothing added. And I like simple. Both the PSA upper and the Anderson lower are fine. With a 50m/200m zero with my iron sights, I'm good to go for 250m torso hits with ease. Yup, for this old man, simple is best.
