In this video, we dive into the Derya DY9 pistol, starting with an unboxing to show what’s included. We go over the key features, and discuss its magazine compatibility for those curious about what works with this 9mm striker-fired handgun. After that, we put the DY9 through an 1100-round test to see how it performs under heavy use and with multiple types of ammunition including hollow point rounds. If you’re considering this pistol or just want to know how it holds up, this video has all the details you need.
This pistol was purchased for this review from my LGS.

Hello, have you tried it with steel-cased ammunition?
Do u think its reliable to conceal carry ? Would u trustur life on it ?
Would u recommend it over glock ??
Got one on sale for 200 a couple weeks ago, about 1000 rounds and no issues. Very pleased
I’m in Texas and I’m thinking about buying 1 tomorrow for $320
I love my DY9. I have the FDE non-optic cut. I bought ProMag G17/19 18rd mags (which i prefer they poke out a bit) and they ran w/ no hiccups. If you're looking the OEM shaped baseplate, Advanced Tactical sells them for Glock mags, however they also fit my ProMag as well. The part # is D011505 and even have the Turkey stamping on the bottom.
I can't wait for March to get here, Derya is releasing the DY9 Gold. It's just like their all black DY9, it has gold accent on the safety dingus, gold barrel & ejection port. It'll come in both 10 & 15 rds, optic cut slide w/ the same TruGlo fiber Optic sights
Got mine yesterday. New sub.
The slide on mine is starting to not lock back every couple of mags I shoot with the original mag it came with. Other than that I like the pistol a lot
Came here from the Derya subreddit, love to see it.
