I have a bear creek arsenal 5.56 upper that shoots sub moa @100yds with frontier 68gr ammo.
How serious is this shooting when the scope is inches off the normal position from a ar15.
3-shot groups don't count. And that's piss poor performance by today's standards.
I built an AR a few years back with a 24” .223 wylde bull barrel. It would consistently print 0.3 MOA groups with hornady factory match or my reloads.
The barrel manufacturer….. AR Stoner. $110 barrel.
Let's talk about the (i assume) blood on your hands? Lol
You should try a LaRue if you want to be impressed.
Why are people still shooting 3 shots and calling it a group?
I, like some others, like to see more shots fired for an accurate representation of group sizes. Could be a nice gun though
My Diamondback 1’8” twist getting sub MOA at 100 yards with v-max ammo maybe I got lucky with the barrels but I really couldn’t ask for more.
My Aero Precision build with a KAK industries barrel in .243 will shoot that accurately.
Most guns shoot that way with 3 shot groups. Cant make any kinda precision claims from 3 rounds. Same gun in the same group could stack 3 consecutive rounds by happenstance.
I have the same rifle he used from X2Dev Group. I used 77grain Blackhills Sierra OTM for sub moa groups. No other AR I have come close in accuracy to the Lightfighter
I’ve got a factory Rock River X1 with 18” barrel, it will shoot 1/2” groups all day at 100 yards.
You should shoot my rra predator pursuit. It does that with 5 shots.
Many AR rifles shoot that well or better with quality ammo and a good trigger. Most of my ar rifles shoot sub moa 10 shot groups. Its not uncommon with quality components.
My Ruger AR556 shoots that good if not better. Little clusters in small orange diamond target
@backfire which ammo? factory/handloads? grains? why 3 shot groups and not 10? yes you focus on hunting, it’s okay to show if it open up aft 5-10 as long as we know it’s coming. imo. Thx!
WILSON COMBAT 224 valkyrie 22" barrel. On machine rest it shoots .11 MOA! In my hands with my prairie dog loads .3 MOA ALL DAY LONG!!
Shot a high power Service Rifle, like a White oak!
It could be better!
If it puts 10 in 1 moa, I'll be impressed.
I posted it on one of your other videos, you need to shoot a AR more often then.
They are plenty accurate, the biggest problem hunting with a AR particularly the 15 is the caliber restrictions.
With 6.5 Grendel, 6 Arc, and 450 Bushmaster leading the way in the non wildcats as far as performing in the AR15.
The AR10 is great, but is limited more due to a non standardized design and weight.
Seekins way better
But how does it do at a mile? 1-Mile Shot with a .223 AR-15 SPR – Unreal Precision on a 36” Gong!

I’m sorry but there are few things that are less relevant than a 3-shot group.
How many shots in the group??
Have you ever used anything from blackout defense?
Weird reverb. Sound bouncing off the walls?
Yep. Mine does 3/4" at 150 yds with factory ammo. Total Frankenstein gun that I built myself for less than $1000 without optics. It can be done.
