What they do is, they import barrel and firing mechanism from USA. Import all the other stuff from Taiwan and build local. Sights from China.
And you have really nice reliable AR15

Honestly these would be pretty bitchin In a state like Idaho where you can buy and sell guns freely, build 10 of these things for 250 bucks, sell them at your local gun shows for $500, make $2500 and then build your dream AR with the profits😅
For those of you wondering, I looked over the parts list and everything is legit. His biggest "hack" was waiting for things to go on sale. Is parts list came out to $249.20 when getting everything on sale and he said it would have been about $310 without the sales

Bca side charging uppers are terrible and fail all the time. I’m sure he’s paid by them to do this. Just spend a little bit more on a PSA upper that will actually work

Super budget would be 3d printing the lower and buffer tube then buying a cheap upper. I've never seen a completed lower with stock go for $30 plus FFL fee.
