I bought a Marlin 60 last year. It Didn't work, so I adjusted the bolt's spring.
Now It is perfect

So can you take the upper off and put a 556 upper on it there

If you had a .22lr tippman M4 , could you convert it to .22 magnum , by changing the upper and magazine? Hopefully, this is the case, and Tippman sell the uppers only .

.22mag the most underrated cartridge

The 22mag is my favorite go to predator rifle, and the 22mag can basically be used for a all purpose round in a rifle. About three or four years ago I bought a Rossi semi-auto 22mag with the factory picatinny rail for mounting whatever type of scope for $312 dollars, it also came with a 10 round detachable easy load magazine, the rifle is just as easy to tear down and clean as a Marlin, Remington, or Ruger, I mounted a Hawke 3-9×40 scope on it and at 50 yards I can easily group 3 rounds side by side if not in the same hole and at 100 yards I can group 3 rounds in the bullseye. Also, the trigger pull from factory is about 3.8 to 4.2 lbs. I'd love to have a 22mag in the AR platform, but when you're retired SS will only stretch so far, especially with the corrupt far left government's extortion fees/taxes, along with their corporate lobbyist cohorts price gouging everything these days.

Damn, I want one! I would feel very well protected with one as a defensive weapon.

Tippmann M4- 22 WMR cost me $857.00 included tax, fees and Insurance, shipping but BCA BC-15 22 WMR rifle cost me about $450.00 it works very well too.
