When is Streamlight going to catch up Surefire, Cloud and Modlite and start offering high candela products. 1500 lumens is crap with only 20,000 candela.
Hey Lenny, I started as a cop in the late 80's. I remember when 60 Lumens was considered as the ultimate tactical flashlight and the Streamlight Stinger rechargeable flashlight was the true ultimate handheld flashlight. Wow, how things have changed.
Halogen was a wow until the upgraded Xenon bulb and finally LED is the ongoing upgradable standard.
TLR 7a is just right, less glare and reflection back at me..
I've got a 2,500 lumen light on my air rifle and I only paid a hundred bucks for it
way too expensive just for a flash lite that last less than 30 minutes!
Meanwhile my 6 year old olight 1500 lumens as well has never dimmed down or let up from my everyday use

streamlight just continues to get better and better still love my TLR HL 1000 lumens after 7 years its still working well even with a crack in the glass
