They discuss the pros and cons of each rifle, examining factors such as reliability, versatility, ergonomics, and performance in various scenarios. Benny shares his expert insights and firsthand experiences with both firearms, providing a unique perspective on this hotly contested topic.

aug for regular army and ar for sf would be my recommendation
7:46 Jamie’s your a gun dummy
Your videos are so fun to watch!!!!!!! Make learning fun!!!!
This video cuased damage to my soul lol
5:20 cough* Aero !cough cough* Sorry I’m allergic to Aero shills.
0:40 lol it’s true James thinks thunder ranch is the place to train 😂
You guys should invite Benny to the US and do some outdoor content with him in the PNW, I think he'D be quite suited for that environment and can both teach you guys some practical things and get him to try some firearms he hasn't gotten to trying yet.
…The bit about just yanking the barrel out to clear an obstruction is amazing.
lol deployed where? Doing what?
Bump
Lol! After that dude said he preferred the AR15 I was like, END VIDEO
AUG still has cool factor and best ergos amongst the bullpups it seems
I have over a dozen AR-15s. I want an AUG because it's cool and different, not because it's tactically superior. Plus the white one will look great with my stormtrooper outfit. 😂
Great job!!!!!!!
AUG? Put on your Members Only jacket and check your pager.
I want Glock to make an AR derivative that uses a monolithic polymer lower with built-in polymer handguard that you just lock an upper and barrel into. It would shock and suprise us all.
When he was checking the bolt on the AUG I thought he said you have to taste it, he said test it. Thought there might be kitted up Europeans licking their rifle parts.
AUG is healthier because you don't get so many gasses back, but it does have some trouble being truly suppressed.
AR has better "balance" of the things you need for urban combat.
AK for winter use in the trenches, can also be used as a shovel?
So he just wants an AR bullpup and he'll have the best of both worlds.
I still don’t they Build a AR15 with 44 Magnum or 357 Magnum. So in close quarters the Bullet will not Travel so Far.
Let’s go ahead and compare sizes with each other here 😅
Did anyone hear, after 10,000 rounds and most AR'S will have part's breakages!?!? Confirm or deny?
After what happened at Wanat, it's a Galil for me.
The AUG is a great platform, I just think it has catching up to do in terms of modularity. No one can compete with the AR in the realm of the outfitting it to any role.
But I still love my AUG
He talked about what broke on the aug, would have been nice to hear about what broke on the AR. I’m guessing the bolt, which is easy to replace.
Austria has a SF? LOL
James screaming on the inside every time Benny points to the AR15
Tr-tr-trig-g-ger control
We prefer the AR platform
Love the Aug
I have a hard time believing that a well made ar15 won’t last 10k rounds… there are issues fn rifles that have been beaten to death for 2 decades that still see service 50k rounds plus (barrel , bolt, springs, and gas tube changes obviously)
I asked an Australian Clearance Diver why they use M4s and not the standard ADF F88, the response, "can't swim with a Steyr, due to the gas piston, it gets hydraulic lock with water behind the piston and won't cycle"
Austrian special forces are amazing.
Where did Benny get those shorts
Shame they both pale next to a scatter-gat.
Whenever I watch these videos, I always have to crop out the tiny shorts😂
For SF use that's all fun and dandy. Hopping on the chopper for a 2 hour mission and back to base. For prolonged field use in dust or freezing temp it's the AUG any day.
Comparing a 10.5 inch with a 16 inch on weight is kind of a joke too. Yeah it's lighter, also its way harder to shoot at a distance and loses energy way faster because of the lower V0, which shows in real world targets
Very interesting take. Thanks!
Who cares?
What about a comparison between the tavor and the AR?
I don't care what anybody says, the AUG is awesome
Colt Commando
What? Auzie got guns too? I thought they just throw spiders at people.
Man I suck at reading, I thought it said Australian… I heard the dude talk and was like, wtf??!!
Should of asked them if they prefer the Steyr or Glock pistols.
If I’m up against Benny I ain’t concerning myself with what rifle he’s using tbh, the bloke’s obviously a skengman
More of these AR vs exotics pls!
James please talk about your favorite shorts from 2024. 5" inseam, where to buy and how they've held up.
One must appreciate the lego factor of the ar15. Very easy for the average grunt to maintain. This and the idf sf not using bullpups in recent combat footage confirms they prefer traditional rifles.
