In an attempt to make the Br4 as widely available as possible, we have introduced the all new Empire Profile barrel which is a non-threaded version for states that have these additional restrictions (like the Empire State). Available in 5.56, 300BLK, 350 Legend, or 9mm (conversation magazine).

That gun is legal to own in mass! You got rid of the pistol grip and threaded barrel so the only “evil feature” is the hand guard
Adding barrel shroud as a scary feature was a ridiculous addition to what was already a ridiculous bill in MA. Those of us in the Commonwealth salute your efforts.
