They may not be able to ban it but they can sure do other things to make it illegal like going after barrel twist rates or say hey you can have a red dot site etc. California does no give a flying fuck about your constitutional rights. Everyone keeps calling it a niche but frankly I see this as an interesting alternative setup.
No bufferspring/buffer weights, a comfortable and familiar rifle style grip, doesn’t make the CADOJ and such go full autismo gorilla mode and maybe some cops as well, and better than most featureless setups. Also, sexy asf

17:52 I think that is THE drawback of ARs breaking away from the M16/M4 style grips and everyone going with metal pic rails, or metal keymod/mlok rails. Metal gets hot. Wood and polymer stay nice and cool.
