  1. Here be a list of products we've tested that don't suck: https://www.amazon.com/shop/torquetestchannel Including flashlights.
If they make a Wedge 2, we'll pit the Akfeld Pro against it, along with the requested here Surefire Stiletto. Any others wedge-y like?

  2. Great review. some feedback: I'd like to see 2 categories in the overall table that would influence buying decision. The charging port style, and whether you have to hold the button down or not. Cheers and thanks for the channel

  3. As a technician who uses a wedge daily, it’s the best have dropped it from a scissor lift multiple times. I’ve beat the crap out of it for 3 years now roughly. Hasn’t failed yet. The days I don’t have that with me cause it’s home charging i have an arkfeld. Gave coast a shot years ago and they were junk.

  4. Monstrum also sells rifle scopes (very inexpensive ones) and i bought one to throw on a beater rifle not expecting much and not wanting to spend much.

And i gotta say, i did not expect to be at all impressed but i really am, it is by no means even close to high end, but the glass is nice and clear, it tracks accurately as best i can tell, and for what i wanted it to do it's absolutely up to the job.

Monstrum is in that weird category of "if you need something to just work and dont care how nice it is" you'll probably like it just fine, especially when you factor in price. If you expect "nice" you'll be constantly frustrated, but if you just need it to do its job, you can do a lot worse.

  5. Would love to see some more Edc lights like the:

IBoruit Edc v3 and Edc v10

get tested as I've seen people really impressed on TikTok and I've loved both of mine for the past 10 months

  6. Can you measure CRI?

    Can you measure color temperature?

Measuring light output only is kind of like measuring horsepower, but not torque.

If the light output is high, but essentially blinding or with poor CRI, it's essentially useless in some situations.

  7. There are about 20 different standards for fast charging USB and most wall wart charges to not support any fast charge standard. To get fast charge, you should see what standard the device uses and use a charger with the same or compatible standard.

  8. None are practical whatsoever. They're all single forward Direction can't mount it on your shirt and see in front of you none of them have a magnet for mounting or a hook for hanging just a clip I prefer Nebo slim either the 500 or 750 or slim mini average $30 excellent product. Been using them for years

  9. I have had an EDC knife for almost a decade, and when I saw the EDC class of flashlights come out, and being in I.T. comms closets and having to check network jacks behind furniture fairly frequently, I bought the Nitecore EDC thinking it would just be an addition to my work go bag for emergencies. I've now worn it daily for a few months on my other side pocket and can't believe how useful it's been. I always wondered if maybe I blew too much on the thing, but your review makes me feel like I made a solid choice. Thanks for the rundown!

  10. I love my Arkfeld Pro, it was something my manager had that I thought was neat but it has been so useful to have in my pocket all of the time. Using my phone as a flashlight feels barbaric now
