I love the video on the Bren and have been going back and forth on it for a while. With this taking AK mags, I'm thinking Bren in 5.56 and this is the way to go.
Can’t decide between this and the Bren 2 x39 with a kns regulator. I already have an 11” Bren 2 in 5.56. And plenty of AK’s, just wanting something different.

No disrespect, but if your going to shoot with an adjustatable gas block, using the huxwrx flowthrough is cheating a bit. I would have liked to see a standard baffle can as they are far more common and what the majority of people own. Adjust the gas on camera and show the results. IMHO. Otherwise, good Vid!!

this is by far the best hybrid variant on the market, and is the only one that uses plus sized part from what I can tell. have a first gen with over 15k rounds and still hasnt missed a beat.

With that oversized mag release, it looks like an easy accidental mag drop. That's my only con besides no last round bolt hold open. Hopefully you can cover that extended mag release more in the future. Great video.
