The Colt 6721 HB had a 16ich barrel with a 1/9 twist and had no grenade cuts. The barrel you have right there is a socom barrel.. I find these heavy barrels to be extremely accurate.

iv bought several SP65054 barrels. They are not rare and Brownell's always has them in stock. Its just a 14.5" SOCOM barrel. You can buy them stripped no gas block too.
Mill spec Colt barrels have to be push buttoned, not pulled..
