  1. THANK YOU FOR POSTING !! I've heard PSA has become a reasonably good quality firearm mfgr. They've allegedly upped on materials, and quality control. I've been checking out their AK selection…

  2. The PSA barrel is not chrome lined. A chrome lined barrel should last closer to 15 to 20K rounds. Mike seemed to be the most disappointed that the barrel wore out at 5000 rounds. That is a completely normal wear schedule for an non-chrome lined barrel. The gas rings and extractors all wear out around 5K just like this one did and that was of no concern. This rifle performed to spec according to what it is. Seems like an unwarranted amount of hate was thrown on a system that works to spec as it was designed. You can’t compare apples to oranges and get pissed off that they are not the same.

  3. Yeah, all those suppressed full-auto mag dumps, very little cleaning and lubrications, this upper passed with flying colors. There are many military rifles in the inventory that wouldn't have done this well. PSA is GTG.

  4. Ok so here is my two cents. This rifle is affordable to the every man. The Minute man if you will. With the Cost savings you have with this vs the knight for example you can afford to buy much more freedom seeds and even pay for some good quality training. Finally by 5k rounds if i'm fighting for that long by then i'll pick a knight off the ground.

  5. With the drastically dissapearing middle class. This is a great way to arm the american law abiding public. Incase we ever needed to adjust our ruling government, like the founding fathers stipulated.

  6. He said he did not get it that hot but he could not hold the rifle. If he did not do any full auto mag dumps, I would bet that barrel could have lasted way longer. For $400, that is very impressive. I would trust my life with that upper and even to hunt with. Most people who own AR15's do not put that many rounds in it let alone that many rounds in a short period of time. This is a win for PSA.
