The Strike Industries OPPRESSOR Universal is a blast shield that works with almost any muzzle device on the market that has a maximum outer diameter of 25.00mm (0.98”). This OPPRESSOR U version works just like the rest of the SI OPPRESSOR family and redirects blast and sound while maintaining the recoil reduction of muzzle devices. Designed with a SI proprietary 3-lug quick detach base, the OPPRESSOR Universal is easily installed and removed with a push and a slight turn. Install SI OPPRESSOR Universal 3-lug QD base, the included correct sized crush washer, properly set the timing/alignment of your muzzle device and you are ready to go. Fire your weapon with or without the OPPRESSOR Universal on. The OPPRESSOR family is multi-caliber compatible with .223/5.56, .308/7.62 and 9mm calibers. The OPPRESSOR U is made of a steel core with a 6061-T6 aluminum body and is anodized in SI Black, Red, Blue and FDE. The Universal continues the SI OPPRESSOR line for redirecting the gas pressure produced by aggressive brakes and compensators. Advanced internal geometry actively draws the gasses out and thrusts the gasses forward through ports to accomplish linear braking in order to retain more efficiency. The SI OPPRESSOR Universal can be rapidly installed before indoor shooting, outdoor public firing line or being kind to the classmates next to you while training.

I recently found out about strike industries and its been my favorite to go Ar shopping accessories. I have the oppressor along with the mini king comp ,and it does what it was intended to do. Just bought other stuff from them and cant wait to install them. If u thinking about it go ahead and get it,its worth it.

Will it work with the 300 ACC A2 flash hider, according to the specs it should but want to see if anyone has tried it before. I'll answer that, yes it works just fine, the only issue I had with several of my instruments is that if you have a handguard, that you must remove so that you can clamp it down on the vise, M-lock type to be more precise, you might have to remove all the attachments, in my case they were interfering with it while insertion took place once you install that lug nut it becomes and issue, also if the hand guards are long when you try to insert the device into the lug nut and twist it your handguard could interfere, a few of mine did that and had to use thicker washers to move the lug nut forward enough to where the device could be twisted w/o issues, some devices might need to be timed, mine don't need to. The instructions tells you what not to do but not why, with the 308, 300 ACC you won't use the silver looking washer adapter, only on the 1/2" not on the 5/8 it won't fit. Hope, that clears things up for some. Other than that I like it!
