I have to say I am really surprised by your Shield Plus saga. Not only by the problems you encountered but also by the poor response from the company. I purchased the exact same set as you and haven't had any problems, with the exception of the magazine followers, which I had to file down and smooth out before they would work correctly and take the full amount of bullets they were rated for. But other than that, the pistol has worked absolutely great for me. I love the thing. Hopefully I won't need to call on S&W customer service. I'm not as patient as you showed you are. Thank you for the saga videos, very informative.
500 rounds through my PC…Zero issues, 13 round mag accepts all w/o issue. Magguts conversion for 10 round magazine and night sights. Really like it so far!
Is taking it to a local gunsmith an option? Or will that void the warranty? It seems to function fine hopefully you won’t have any issues down the road. Oh I’ve put a three and a half pound trigger connector on my Glock 19 and polished the trigger bar and everything else in the housing and my trigger has no wall and it’s very smooth now i don’t know if that’s something you’re interested in but it makes glocks more pleasurable shooters for me. I think magguts is a better option to the 10 Rd magazine then the pierce grip, what it does is allowing you load 13 Rd inside, and the same shape of the pierce grip.
