You need a vice to properly torque the castle nut and barrel..There is a proper way to do it and all of the other methods..You should put Areoshell 33/64 grease on the buffer tube (receiver extension) / castle nut threads before torquing 38 to 40 foot pounds..Then stake in two places.. You have the skills but need to improve the execution..
I ise a black mat so keep the parts all visible.
