  1. Worst new product release by Streamlight ever, somebody is sleeping at the wheel. TLR 6 worst light series ever, and they just keep it going. Somebody needs to figure out how a weapon mounted light actually needs to be actuated. The TLR-7A was the fix, the TLR-7 total fail.

  2. I still have my Streamlight Strion that I bought in 2005 when working for United Defense and bought out by BAE SYSTEMS, the flashlight that I own had been dropped on top of the IFV Bradley countless times, now its 2024 and my flashlight is still working like a champ.

  3. I love Streamlight products, they make quality and reliable product at a much more budget friendly price..I just which they would make there rifle mounted optics fully compatible with the Surefire Scout products.I know the Arisaka tail cap adapter is available but it would be nice to come from the factory fully compatible.this would open the door to not only Surefire products but all the aftermarket parts and accessories..at the very least,it would be great if they would release a better, more compact pressure switch.a 2 button Hot Button type switch that has a crane port to use with a laser,IR laser or IR flashlight amazing..If not making their products fully compatible with Scout lights, upgraded flashlight heads, tail caps, light bodies and pressure switches that are compatible with their HLX and their other similarly made rifle mounted lights..regardless,I’m a big fan of Streamlight.I put Streamlight on all of my firearms with a MLok or picatinny rail.I use the HLX on rifle and carbine builds.the highly underrated TLR-RM2 on AR pistol/SBR builds(I position it right up from an angled foregrip where I can grip the foregrip and easily and comfortably operate the tail switch without having to loosen my grip on the foregrip or awkwardly stretch my fingers to reach the tail switch..seriously,if you own a pistol/SBR build and haven’t experienced the greatness of an angled foregrip and TLR-RM 2 combination, you are cheating yourself out of absolute perfection).I use the TLR-HL 1 on full size pistols,TLR-HL 2 on compact pistols and the TLR 7 on micro pistols.. Streamlight is the only viable budget friendly option and is extremely popular in the law enforcement community.this is all the validation one needs to know why Streamlight should always be chosen over similarly priced WMLs from the inferior Olight,Nitecore, etc products..I think Olight has some great ideas but they don’t listen to the common complaints of customers and refuse to modify, upgrade or redesign faulty parts and components and continue to push out the same old worthless BS

  4. I was really hoping for some updates to some of the pistol lights outside of the rechargeable battery, such as higher Candella output for some of the pistol lights, because as we all know, surefire has put out their turbo version olight
Already have theirs and then you have the Modlite PL 350 that has multiple interchangeable heads. I’m still waiting stream light.

  5. Payed up "candela" then glosses over the fact that the new TLR7 is just as anemic as the original with a pitiful 5k candela 😬

I am impressed they got almost 5k out of the new TLR6… but that's still anemic but alot better than the old TLR6. Makes the fact that the TLR7x is still 5k even more confusing

  6. I have a basic Strion LED and even with its low 375 lumen/1200 candela it throws a tight beam way farther than it should. I absolutely love the light and its lasted 10+ years. I can't imagine the output on the 2020 if its that much higher. Sadly, I suspect it's going to be prohibitively expensive.

  7. A safe keeps the gun safe, it does nothing to keep me safe. I have bedroom that i turned into a gun room, reloading room, smith room, all guns are live and ready to rock, jist hanging out in the wall. A locked up gun is no better then a hammer or bat
