That’s why you train to put magazines in with both hands, you get the feeling down, you won’t be scrambling to insert a mag with rounds passing over you and getting closer
Im fine with doing things to make an AK better, but messing with mags, triggers, bolts and feeding are out of the question, fun fact : if you buy a AK and it doesnt run out of the box you bought the wrong AK or you got a lemon ( Rare with reputable makes / models)
5.56 played a small role cause of gassing and how well gassed that rifle is but really garbage mags. Love the fuckin old school sight mount tho

Everybody's dogging ProMags. I've shot pro mags in Afghanistan for 3 years. When we weren't supposed to have them and I never had a single jam. Back in the states. I have promags on my AR10 AR15 AR9. That only one i've had issues with was the AR9.
